Our services

Three ways we support adults with disabilities at home and in the community

Every person we serve has their own goals, routines, and preferences. Services are non-medical, person-centered, and delivered where life actually happens.

Personal Supports

Hands-on help with daily living, routines, supervision, and getting out into the community, always at the pace the person sets.

Companion Services

Friendly company, social connection, and supervision so time at home and in the community feels safe and enjoyable.

Supported Living Coaching

Coaching that builds the everyday skills behind stable housing: budgeting help, organizing, appointments, and problem-solving.

Support you can count on

Consistent staffing and clear scheduling so the person you care about knows who is coming and when.

Person-centered planning

We follow the support plan and the person's own goals, building routines that make daily life calmer and more predictable.

A real partner to your team

We communicate openly with families, guardians, and support coordinators and keep documentation accurate and on time.

Who we help

Adults with disabilities of any age who qualify for Florida Medicaid waiver services

Many of the people we support are between the ages of 20 and 50 and are building lives of their own: working, keeping an apartment, seeing friends, and taking part in their neighborhoods. We are not a senior home health agency.
